Shipping Policy

To ensure your order is delivered safely and on time, we have formulated the following shipping policy, covering order processing, delivery scope, shipping time, and relevant precautions. Please read carefully.

1. Order Processing

All orders will be reviewed within 1-3 working hours after successful payment. After review, we will pack and ship the order within 2-5 business days (orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and U.S. federal holidays). If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate batches. We will notify you of the logistics information for each batch via email or SMS after shipping.

2. Delivery Scope

We currently support delivery to most countries and regions around the world, with core delivery areas including the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, some EU countries, and Australia. You can check the specific delivery scope by selecting the shipping address when placing an order. If your area is not currently supported for delivery, we will notify you promptly and assist with a refund.

3. Shipping Time

- Contiguous United States: Standard Shipping 7-10 business days; Express Shipping 3-5 business days (additional express fee required);
- Canada: 10-15 business days;
- Some EU Countries: 12-20 business days;
- Other Supported Countries/Regions: 15-30 business days.
Note: Shipping time is for reference only. The actual delivery time may be delayed due to customs clearance, logistics peak seasons, weather, and other force majeure factors. We will do our best to coordinate with the logistics provider to ensure the order is delivered as soon as possible.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address, order weight, and delivery method. The specific shipping fee will be automatically generated by the system when placing an order. Orders to the contiguous United States can enjoy free standard shipping when they meet a certain amount (please refer to store activities for the specific amount); international order shipping fees are charged by actual weight, and free shipping is not provided.

5. Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other related fees are borne by the customer. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary by country/region; please check the local customs regulations before placing an order. We will provide the necessary documents (such as commercial invoice) to assist with customs clearance, but we are not responsible for any delays or additional fees caused by customs inspection.
